On 30th of July of 2014 in villa "Auska" was organized the opening of the exhibition of paintings of Italian artists from XVI – XVII c. The exhibition presents 15 religious-themed paintings. This collection of paintings came from prestige Giorgio Baratti in Italy. These works are collected from various places of Italy, from Milan to Naples. The visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the various schools and manners of paintings of famous artists like Guido Reni, Jan Hackaert, Alessandro Turchi and other artists which names are meaningful for history of art.
In opening ceremony, which also open the international festival of arts and music "THE OPEN SEA": Under the sky of Palanga, participated a lot of honorable guests from Lithuania, Russia and Italy. Exhibition was open for visitors in Palanga till 12th of August. From 13th of August till 1st of September exhibition of paintings was moved to gallery "Elysium" in Vilnius.
